Ariadna Condezo

Studio associate

Ariadna is from Lima, Peru. She is a rising junior at Tufts University studying International Relations and Civic Studies.  She is passionate about social impact, nonprofits, youth leadership, education, and human rights. On campus, she holds diverse leadership positions as the president of a student organization focusing to increase awareness about Latin America, part of the Student Advisory Council at Tisch College, and a Peer Advisor for international students.

Prior to joining The Harwood Institute, she worked at organizations such as Latin America Leadership Academy (LALA) as a Floater Bootcamp Manager and Propel as an intern. Back home, she promoted initiatives related to mental health awareness and closing the illiteracy gap. She decided to join the Studio because she believes in the power that communities have to enact change. She is excited for the journey that awaits her and to help the Studio with its mission.
