Unleashing Impact Lab
The signature Harwood Public Innovators Labs are a set of learning experiences that teaches community residents and leaders the practice of Turning Outward so you can take action, create meaningful change, and unleash the potential of your community.
The Unleashing Impact Lab helps participants take intentional actions to unleash, grow, and spread a chain reaction of actions throughout the community. Participants engaged in the lab learn how to: strengthen your community’s civic culture; develop new ways to engage in ongoing learning; deepen your ability to make more intentional choices and judgments; and stay grounded in the practice over time.
Workspace
Over the course of our work together in Logan County, Harwood will hold three in-person workspaces to promote the cross-fertilization of ideas, provide opportunities for troubleshooting, teach new areas of the Turning Outward practice, and accelerate and deepen the application of the practice. These workspaces are essential for building and strengthening networks of innovation and learning, spreading the practice, and sustainability. Action Team members are encouraged to attend the workspace, as well as individuals not currently on a team, but who have been trained in the Harwood approach.
Community Conversation Training
We will be offering a supplemental Community Conversations training session with Rich Harwood on July 17th from 4:15 - 6:15 pm. This session will give individuals leading and supporting Community Conversations and those interested in leading conversations the chance to name the challenges they are experiencing and learn practical, actionable ways to work through these challenges.

Virtual Gathering with Rich Harwood
