Natasha Noel has over 15 years in the education sector as a Project Manager, Director, and thought leader in the areas of entrepreneurship, civic engagement, mentorship, and leadership.

Natasha has served as the Assistant Principal of Operations within the Achievement First charter school organization for 5 years prior to transitioning to a national charter organization, Phalen Leadership Academies where she worked as Director of Special Projects to the CEO. In this role, she provided high, system-level support to his efforts while also developing and launching many initiatives to grow the organization’s national footprint, which includes 26 schools across 6 states.

Prior to this, Natasha served as a Director at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley (in Boston). In this role, she managed a portfolio of funded agencies, led organizational wide initiatives, and provided thought leadership to further the work of the Increasing Youth Opportunities team across 150 communities, serving 10,000 youth. Natasha also spearheaded the organization's collective impact work in the community of Lynn, MA, and youth social entrepreneurship initiative which operated in 3 of United Ways priority communities—Lynn, Boston, and Lawrence—serving over 300 youth venture teams.

Natasha received her B.S. in Health Science from Boston University and her Master's in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. In her spare time, Natasha is a poet and screenwriter-- she aspires to get her work in a theatre near you.
