Sandra Fletcher

Sandra Fletcher is a Leadership and Team Development Coach and founder of ALIGN Coaching & Consulting. As a coach, she supports leaders in discovering their unique leadership DNA and leveraging their skills, strengths, and wisdom to build human-centered cultures that excel through innovation. Valuing the importance of building inclusive and high performing cultures, Sandra helps leaders re-ignite their teams by scaling courage, emotional agility, and connections. She chairs the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Community of Practice which aims to explore how Positive Intelligence can support DEIB work.
Prior to launching her practice, Sandra was Director of a coaching and professional development program at the University of Arizona and was trained in the Cognitive Based Compassion Training (CBCT) mindfulness methods. During her time in New York City, Sandra served as a Community Relations Manager for the New York City Comptroller’s Office and as a Policy Analyst for one of the largest New York City Latino not-for-profit organizations. Sandra emigrated to the United States as a child from Colombia and currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
Sandra is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is trained through the Coaching Training Institute and Team Coaching International. She is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach and trained in Brene Brown Dare to Lead. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
