Rich Delivers Keynote in Front of Representatives From 53 Communities

While in Connecticut in October, Rich Harwood delivered the keynote address for the Stone Soup Conference sponsored by the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund. The conference drew 270 people from 53 communities from across the state. Rich praised the innovative work of the Fund and called on those in attendance to accelerate and deepen their good work. The event focused on the Fund's Discovery Initiative, which aims to create an early childhood system that ensures early learning success for all children by supporting community change and policy reform efforts.
