Faith & Politics Institute partners with The Harwood Institute for Capitol Hill event

Last week, Rich was the key speaker for The Faith & Politics Institute's Faith, Politics and Our Better Angels forum on Capitol Hill. Speaking in front of a collection of political and faith leaders from around the country, Rich discussed his findings from his new book, The Work of Hope, what it will take to bring people back into the public square. Following his speech, Rich hosted a lengthy Q&A session with the group, extolling the need for political and religious organizations to help open up public spaces and remind people of important values such as compassion and dignity.
