Magaly Cobian

Magaly Cobian is originally from Lima, Peru, and has been living in Atlanta, Georgia, for over a decade. She is an attorney with dual legal training in Peru and the United States, having obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
Her professional experience includes dispute resolution, negotiation, and cross-border transactions, and spans working for law firms and companies, as well as teaching at Georgia State University College of Law and Emory Law School. At these institutions, she has worked with law student teams chosen to participate in international legal competitions.
Magaly is passionate about coaching and mentoring. She recently completed a nine-month life coaching program, which she enjoyed immensely. For the past several years, she has actively mentored and coached young college graduates through various organizations, helping them transition into the workforce with confidence and preparedness. Additionally, she volunteers for nonprofit organizations that provide legal advice to low-income individuals, striving to bridge the gap in access to justice.
Magaly enjoys continuous learning, hiking, and traveling, always seeking experiences to enrich her personal and professional life.
