Monique Bouyer Mosley is an experienced business professional and consultant who has utilized her unique and diverse experiences to help individuals, teams and organizations create impact and achieve their goals. Monique has over 25 years of Fortune 500 corporate leadership and consulting experience with J.P. Morgan Chase, Deloitte Consulting, and Horne CPAs. She has worked with clients in diverse sectors, such as Business, Healthcare, Staffing, and Disaster Recovery. Her areas of expertise are in project management, staff planning, financial management, organizational change and transformation, and operational procedures and processes.

In 2016, having reached a point in her life and career where she wanted to give back by sharing her knowledge and experience, Monique founded Alerion Consulting Group. The opportunity to collaborate with others is what drives Monique. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, colleagues and members of the community to achieve positive outcomes.

Monique earned a B.S. in Accounting from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA and her Masters in Accountancy and M.B.A. from the Else School of Business at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS.

She currently calls Jackson home, and resides there with her husband, Terrence, and their young son, William. When she is not working, you can find her exploring the country roads in search of unique shops and eateries.
